...ave the nerve to deduct Hefty penalties (in thousands) from employees' salaries. No explanations whatsoever is provided by the management for these salary cuts. If any employee complains, instead of looking into the issue they openly give toxic answers to employees asking not to bother about salary, just do work and that should be enough. Moreover, employees are forced to work for no extra pay on public holidays, sometimes Sundays and even festivals. No comp-offs are provided.
Seniors/Management: The few seniors in the company form part of the management and they will not value you, never understand and address your problems but will readily throw juniors under the bus. Their "guidance" is futile. Not at all supportive, and most of all, UNTRUSTWORTHY and UNRELIABLE. Since some of the members of management itself are not very educated, they belittle the academic qualifications of employees and make statements like "education and skills don't matter, entrepreneurship is important". The head of various professional departments is not even academically qualified to have the position nor are dedicated to the field to guide freshers. The designations of most seniors on the website are not at all accurate.
If you resign, they will not ease the relieving process at all. Proper relieving documents are not provided. You are treated as an enemy of the company, not even your departmental senior bothers to ask why you are leaving, because their ego is hurt since they think their company is great. They like to act like they care and like to maintain that facade in front of their stakeholders, but each day they prove that the employees personal lives and mental health does not matter. No appreciation is given for your work. A huge number of employees are currently leaving MCL for good, this place is not at all recommended if you want to grow in your field.
There is nothing to like about Meera Cleanfuels Limited.

...organization, who loves his/her peace, mental health, family, you will regret.
These people don't give you appointment letter, detailed salary break up, salary slip, also no work experience letter and get annoyed when you ask for these things. If you ask about basic rightful things, like leave, increment, no leave on Hindu festivals, they get offended and humiliate you in front of whole staff. They also issue forged Salary slips, which are not duly signed and stamped. No PF, insurance, No salary account, No insurance. They don't even pay Professional tax. (I have a salary slip stating that)
They cut your salary randomly and don't give any explanation for that.
Compulsory over time, extreme work pressure, ensure worsening of mental health and peace, absolutely unprofessional, salary never on time. They will make you attend one webinar on every Friday, which has nothing to do with your profession, career, company or general knowledge etc. But you have to attend it or you will have to pay ₹5,000/- fine. You also have to put a review stating what you learnt, regardless whether you learnt anything or not. Hence, you have to log in at 8am on Friday but have to work till 6.30 pm in office. No extra pay for the over time.
No fix timing of office, it all depends on moods of Executive Director. They shamelessly ask you to report to office on Sundays, Saturdays, public holidays, during festivals, no comp offs or overtime pay.
The heads/chiefs of the department are not well educated, neither they have good expertise in the area they are chief of. Even people in HR and IT don't have qualifying degree. Most of the people working can't even speak English (not even heads or "deputy"), but they will try to correct your drafts.
People will pass casteist remarks, including heads, seniors.. especially heads and seniors.
They project themselves as saviours of Farmers but if you want to do something for farmers at any point in life or if you respect farmers then don't join this company it is an insult to farmers.
If you leave their company, they will give negative remarks about you to the next company in background verification so that you won't get next job, yeah, that happened with me.
A girl working with me, saw their behaviour and left the profession, and joined litigation. Another person from different department opted for a lesser paying job, away from him home, rather than staying over here. Please get some idea from this and reconsider your decision if you are thinking of joining this company.
No work from home facility, but if you are in HPD, don't worry, you will get WFH. And you don't even have to inform your senior.
Toxic work environment. Management don't value employees time. They just force you to work on their terms (On weekends too). I would like to say to the freshers who are reading this "don't get into the trap of this people". It's better to be unemployed rather joining this organization. Getting position in this company is as simple as making tea ( Yeah... because you are going make tea all of the time in this company). Don't even ask about the penalties for coming late sometimes. It count in thousands. All the best with the searching.....
Meera Clean Fuels (MCL) has been actively working in market since 2017 with farmer associates accross India, promising their farmers with trifold ROI by first 2020 and later extending it to year 2023. However, it is been observed that they are good only with words, fake promises and life size seminars with zero action on ground. They just have one prototype unit of factory in Kolad to show it to their investors and claim that the working factory cannot be exposed due to confidentiality, as if they are manufacturing second Tesla.
All they do is ask for investments in Million of rupees with dreams of making you a successful entrepreneurs. They claim it to be a company for farmers upliftment, but ask to sign a bond of 500 Millions Rupees penalty, incase of NDA failure from the same poor and legally challenged farmers, such is their hypocrisy.
I request all of you to expose MCL Ltd and stop making any investments further with this cheater company .
I like nothing about this Meera Cleanfuels Limited
Dislikes
Nothing in this company is worth liking about. There's no growth with respect to your profession. You are made to do all kinds of work like washing vessels, making tea, serving guest, watering plants, cleaning office, etc. apart from your professional work. Seniors are not that experienced and not well versed with the designation they have been assigned and takes undue advantage of that. Seniors don't have manners of talking. They change rules and regulations as per their convenience. All personal grudges are removed on each other, so there is professional etiquette I would not recommend any person this Company. To end up if you wish to grow up professionally, not a good place to join.
