Hi, I'm currently drawing a salary of 27.7 (25.3 is fixed) LPA in my current organization and I got a new offer for 39LPA (33.3 is fixed and 1L joining bonus total 40) I'm almost going to complete by 2 years in my current organization and overall I have 11 years experience as QA. Good company with very very good and kind hearted , helping minded chairman sir.

Dislikes

Company didn't evaluate the employees properly . Who have lesser experience getting more salary than the higher experience candidate. Not one example , almost all the new joiners getting more salaries than the existing/ hard working / dedicated /senior staffs .. which needs to correct from my point of view (this may be the main reason for the company ,to loosing the dedicated employees )

A strict guidelines have been declared & implementation is also going par excellence such as 2 meter social distancing at work and compulsory mask and sanitization.. What more is required if everyone is doing their job and social responsibility 100% ..?
