Name a thing it will be added to dislike segment. Absolutely no work life balance at all as you will be forced to respond for clients mail even during mid night & weekends. No training or career growth at all in the organization as each time director will come up with one or the other idea which he himself calls as superb and tries to implement it, but after 3/4 days time the enthusiasm gets over and he after 3/4 months time will ask review about his idea. No salary appraisal at all saying it’s a startup, no profit in the organizational for time being and will provide the same when company gets good business which even the director isn’t aware of when !!! Couple of crew (payment to 60-70 crew is defaulted for past 1-2 years time) has filed police complaint against the directors for non payment of salary to them and they went hiding for 2-3 weeks time during the time which company was closed and reappeared after taking bail. The same directors have opened up a new organization named as “THOUGHTS 2 DOOR PVT LTD” which is into ecommerce field. A big no to all candidates who get job offer from any of these companies.
