Better if company can check managers performances. Company lost his focus due to multiple non performing verticals. Too much of pressure on executives, advice to management is to think equally towards all employees and departments.

One thing only - salary comes on time. That's also nothing special because any company that makes profit would give salary on time. I have so far never worked in a company that delays salary.

Forgiving them after what they did to me was really difficult but I am able to achieve it somehow. It was a terrible experience and I wish nobody goes through that. I even sent them a legal notice for the harrasment but they didn't respond to it (how unprofessional). This place has a single minded approach that is, number achievement (very vague for functions like mine, which is where the CEO uses the term called "moving the needle"). This moving the needle is again a vague term that can severely vary depending on how the person you're reporting to, sees it. They wanted me to work on something for which they didn't have time or knowledge or environment or culture. Innovative thinking and radical POVs would severely fail in this organisation specially in growth team due to the myopic view of the Growth Head and CEO. Which I got the taste of, in the very first week. If you're joining this firm because you don't have anything in hand, then do join but in my advice please don't expect anything so that you don't get traumatized. Don't expect anyone to understand what you bring to the table. I tried thinking at some point some sense would prevail from somewhere. I should've resigned the first week after I got into a weird situation for nothing but presenting a campaign idea that they couldn't comprehend. At least I would have had my peace of mind with me. I thought let me try their way and see how I can get some trust. Specially if you're shifting cities, take care of yourself. None are helpful, not the HR, not even colleagues, not the CEO. They're reading and judging you at all times. Period. I hope they change because Apollo group in my opinion is a much better thought leadership than how Medvarsity is functioning. Complete contrast.

Work timings 9.30 am to 8pm Every senior is boss is their on they don't even know about what is counseling they only focus on sales one more thing if you getting sick/illness they will ask for every detail even your ticket travel they don't even trust on their own employees management sucks I think they have to hire more educated and experience people from other states as well so then can mix their work and experience as well
