Salary structure and appraisal in some divisions. Hard to negotiate with HR!

Always on time Salary. If targets has been achieved, so you'll get proper incentives for that. Foreign trips if company achieved yearly targets. Overall great company to work.

Dislikes

Well, first of all, if you are on the sales team, you'll be always on pressure, unless until your target is achieved. It will be total nightmare for you if haven't reached out to your target, your manager will be always on top of you. So work culture is good from the outside but it will be really a headache from inside.

Frequent changes in management Job is not secure Weak processes hence getting work done is not easy

Slight disparity in terms of pay. Like any other Indian centres here also there are some managers who practice favoritism and that's spoiling the branding.

Women empowerment, flexible hour working, employee friendly environment.

Dislikes

Promotions and salary hikes depends upon your senior, even you work hard and do best in your role, noone promotes you until your senior want that. It was demotivating for me.
