Always on time Salary. If targets has been achieved, so you'll get proper incentives for that. Foreign trips if company achieved yearly targets. Overall great company to work.

Well, first of all, if you are on the sales team, you'll be always on pressure, unless until your target is achieved. It will be total nightmare for you if haven't reached out to your target, your manager will be always on top of you. So work culture is good from the outside but it will be really a headache from inside.

Day shift, reimbursement of phone bill but both benefit works as negative as employees have to work from home even on holiday and leaves.

Dislikes

...tes late working hours and weekend work as well work from home even on holidays. They hire people on Medtronic payrol for senior profile and give them huge package with lots of work and give them subordinate of non payrol staff in limited number and less package. That create pressure on non payroll staff.

Colleagues are very understanding and have good knowledge about the company and its products. You get good work - life balance.

There is no growth for the back end support employees, you just get the salary hike based on your performance.
