Best place to work if selected in good project. not too much pressure on employees lots of opportunity to learn internally through courses provided by MTE best place to work as a fresher if assigned an easy project always a better place for an experienced person who join here with years of experience gained from outside. when it comes to policy such as leave, maternity, ESI, PF this place is best according to me. overall a great place to work when it comes to job security

Good culture. Good people of care about the mission. Very low ego environment, full of smart and helpful people. The company is currently going through transformation. Company culture and Leadership is really trying to take the best aspects of all stages of the company growth.
