HR management was very bad. Not in the employee favour. If we work for more than 2+ years also they will not provide any experience letter until you pay some 52XXX amount. I Never experienced these kind of things. They will give Mental pressure so that you can't sustain more period.

Once If you worked in this company,you can work wherever the hell you can imagine.

... of politics.only you can work peacefully,if you'd licks Higher official shoes.Low salary and benefits.There is agreement policy for 2 years.Also they are demanding 1 lakh to return your own certificates.Even you've genuine reason to resign,they won't consider.I have one year of experience in this company(medreich Unit-7).Id never seen a satisfied colleague in this company.worst transport facility,atleast 60people traveling in a single mini cab(suraj masta) food...? No words.In simple words, we're working as a slave.
