No salary promotions, No leaves Even employee healthy is bad they dint believe, any emergency leave they hesitate to give leave ,if we take any leave we need to continue next off in that week ,

...on employees incentive. Fine cost is costly. Too much of lies to hire employees. The employee pays their one month salary for secure deposit.

Job opportunities negligible, lowest compensation .no benefits. No festival .no other facilities &no enjoyment with employees get together ,no fixed duty I. e very very bad for me; negligible salary

one of the best retail chain pharmacy,we can learn a lot of things here like sales growth sop implementstion,employee training,responsibilty of job,work enviornment is also good every year we are getting salary hike,incriment,bonus and other benifits like insentive for target achivement,overall good to work oo

compensation is decent,but growth is slow.The work pressure is very high.i am a pharmacist but some times i have to work 10 to 11 hours.
