...his pandemic as a healthcare person I'm working for the society and the company. And the company is not giving salary on time it is very terrible at this point of time , I know that many other companies don't even pay the salary or paying 50 % depending upon their business. But after the pandemic our business has reached out to many new customers when they can't go out and get the medicine , then medlife is there for them to deliver the medicine at their doorstep with all covid 19 protocol. The company need to pay the salary on time because we the employees investing their time and effort in the company and company making remarkable profit from that .

Dislikes

Salary delay is the worst thing in medlife nearly 15 to 25 days delay is happening. The employees are working from 7 to 4 normally and extra hours also we are working , previously there was Overtime payment but now that part removed in the name of work from home. But remember we are working , salary should be in correct time.

Good work environmemt,and good supported culture. Company polacies are good,they give good salary and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and issues.on the job training is not given to new joiners. And More stress.

...ery month, I was getting 2 extras LOP after maintaining 8 hours of login time. Most of the time my salary got deducted because of LOP which I haven't taken.

They won't provide salary for employee properly.. They say some amount and they give less amount of salary for no reason without information nothing... Won't understanding employees need... They won't provide salary after 45days of resignation...they ask us to send 3200 then they will credit our salary .. If we won't credit 3200 in medlife account number which they have provided they won't give salary at all. After sending so many mails no response...no proper communication with hr... They won't respond properly..
