...ery month, I was getting 2 extras LOP after maintaining 8 hours of login time. Most of the time my salary got deducted because of LOP which I haven't taken.

Job security ekdam kharap he target denge bhej ne keliye agar puri nhi hoya kuch toh karke nikal denge ..management bht ghatiya he .shift kabhi bhi bolate hain ..

No career growth.. Its feel like we are forcing to people plz buy our product.. Salary structure ekdam kharap ge..agar koi 5 yr kaam kare phir bhi same salary and same position pe rakhenge.. Some time they wont give salary ..bcz of HR im talking about bangalore location silk board (swati HR )

People management is worst as at first instance excess of manpower hired and than start firing by taking out unusual list. People understanding is not there; as the one who always think for the company, they fired without even thinking for a minute.

I just liked the back office work i was doing and salary and some team mates where nice

I dislike the management, no suitable place to seat for efficient working, there where no facilities to employees like good ventilation etc.

Good work environmemt,and good supported culture. Company polacies are good,they give good salary and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and issues.on the job training is not given to new joiners. And More stress.
