Training was excellent and medley also gives good salary

Medley gives very poor travelling allownces, and and in all devisions senior. RSM pressurised and told to MR gives the money to the stockist for achieving target.. This is totally wrong.

The most important is obviously financial balance. This company gives good salary and Incentives which is a good part

Dislikes

The kind of higher management. They don’t trust their employees. Specially Umang shekhar(Medley Glycekare ZSM) who feels that he is the hitler of the company. He believes in partiality.

...anager is supportivs but no one will help regarding work from other departments. Salary hike is very less. Bonus also they deduct from employees package and give on diwali. Lot of politics and gossiping. People have more time to gossips. Good for lazy people who worked for retirement here. This company is not for growing people.

...ing and anyone about employees. Management doesn't care about employees issues. Not good salary hike, no career growth. No job training will be provided separately.

...ive, Somehow need more transparency although appraisals are fair & satisfactory. Rather than salary, Incentives plans are good for earnings. In covid situation company almost stick with employees job security and taking care of timely payment of salaries. This is genuinely a good care of an employee in such crucial time of covid !!

There is huge Adjustment in company.For Medical representing it's worst company to work in, you can save your money 40% Of your salary you will have to pay to stockists as Adjustment. If enquire enough to join Medley pharmaceutical.

Worst company to work in. Huge Adjustment at Stockists level. Management know nothing about there roles
