They are not supporting me, my salary has been hold, I have talk to them so many times but they are not crediting my salary

My reporting manager behavior is very bad with me, he communal comments on me, and use bad language in office.

He has no money to pay our employees salary. No any investor want to invest our money to this company.

His owner is not a good person, don/t care our employees and investors money. no any management is good.

Likes

There is no support from management instead we are going through lot of trouble, there is no option of work from home to accounts department. Coming to work culture here even if you are MBA graduate they use as for clerical duties likes going to bank, handing over cash to some stranger, no weekend nothing, here accounts department function on it's policy ( and the policy is working like robot's)

Dislikes

Talented people won't get proper recognition instead they have to face humiliation
