Very bad and manager is also very very harsh no co ordination and pay will be deducted anytime for any reason.

Everything because there is nothing to praise for them they will cut off in anyways they want in your salary and increment.

-Training is good - Colleague are good nature and helpful

...not favorable to the employee -They are treated as machines and not respected -As a pharmacist, you don't get enough compensation or salary benefit, -if you want to join this organization pls don't give your drug license because they are only interested in your drug license not in you! - Hr Policy frequently change so if you want to join pls take all the terms and condition & policy on paper otherwise you will be trapped

I have to think hard to fill this section and finally found below few point. - Good for freshers (just to gain experience)

Dislikes

... you if they see no benefits. They don't think about trianing and development. - Different employees different policy! For same level of employees they have different salary package and other benefits. That's the only reason why HR instructs everyone, not to discuss anything related salary and policy in between employees. - Mind games from top officials ! Beware! - HR department will interfere in everything even if they don't have any particular knowledge about other departments.

- your work not recognise after you put all efforts in yur work - They only shown that you'll be head of department or get handsome salary but when you appraisal come they give peanuts. - Always give a more salary to new commers.

I like the vision of higher leads the way they helps me to learn and grow without any hesitation, team is good everybody is here to support. If you are a fresher there are more than 100 opportunities

Dislikes

Sometime your ideas wont count here, there are not good policies for work life balance and leave policies, there is no l&d depeartment so that you can learn or grow they dont support that...also they will ask you to work anytime on holiday also
