I don't know but speaking bout culture , its ok and for job security its better to work here until the age of 60. some team has low pressure and less work load but other team has high pressure and they gone to push us like 24/7 no leave and without perks , benefit. but its more over less stress compare to IT industries. we cannot survive with this wages. if you don't have no job mean just attend an interview you will be selected and may be you learn how this job is working.

Working for more than we are getting paid, No leave will be granted even if you have 30days leave left, Have to work in weekend's also for pay,but work life balance is terrible,i worked in USA team,not worth it,if you are an LOGISTICS student and you have great dream means please dont waste you valuable time in documentation,you will get job in documentation very easily,but in long run you will learn nothing,

Perofrmance bonus are divided into salary EMI, Which is poor mentality of current HR. Appraisal , promotiond are just formalities bcz poor performer also gets same hike with best performer. There is no skills development, bcz nobody wants smart candidates to learn sales or marketing, pure partiality and politics. Working hours hectic, company doesnt care how much work pressure is handled by employees. Dont work In India at all untill u have situation of susight & u dont have job offer, bcz sumthing is better than nothing

I feel great working here for past 7 years gud salary and bonus. But growing to the next level is based on speaking with TL's. It means we should speak even a single that they don't like. If we speak like that they will vengence you.

Very Poor hike,Management is not looking to it employee,Targeting employees and using harsh language,No growth here,Small Canteen and Work balance is not there Upper management scold every time to lower management if still it is there mistake, 24/7 you need to work here if you join
