Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

While joining you will get motivated, to give salary nice package after 3 month, good training.but the fact is different neither you will get salary increment,nor training. You to do only chamchagiri. . While attending break down calls no reservations or no proper accomodation provided by company. Boss says Evey journey.By sitting Out of bathroom I have travelled whole life then why you need reservation. Their is no food allowance.( Only 150/day ) boss says in 50 rs you will get rice plate.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow.the work pressure is very high.sometimes I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night.
