...6 months. So i am left from the organization n now from to feb to till job less. HR said if you want FF settlement so pay 16k I am very shocked for that. Pls request to you pls look this type incident n take corrective action against corrupted persons n save cipla s damage Thank you

Near native place and all colleagues are familier. Except production dept. All other department are good in culture, work involvement is genuine.

Dislikes

There is no accountability of production person, poor production planning, production persons not work genuinely. Production seniors does not support to junior or doest not trained them properly. Basically production seniors does not have that much capacity. Very poor culture in production. So many deviations, data integrity, major errors happened due to urgency and harassment and poor planning. Juniors very badly suffers from such type of culture.

Very less staff then need as do to work as CGMP guildeline and online so employees assigned multiple activities across different section hence to complete the target employees has to unwillingly do multiple task at a time that may led to data integrity violation,hence very minimal job safty

Non cooperative and bad attitude of some of the senior employees, some of the senior employees are occupying the one post from last several years but concepts are not clear, fake reporting and and hiding deviations , lots of politics, non supportive staff,
