Below standard salary, petty politics, No proper incentives, no health insurance benefits, lazy management etc.

Idont like any thing abt the company, i did work in that company for an year no job security, salaries not gvn on time,no specific salary date, they also deduct 24percentage of Provident fund from employees which is not acceptable, finally I recommend not to offer any person to that company as there is no job security , around 30 people were thrown from that company in 2017 without any prior intimation and compensation to the employees even I was one among them

Company has no professional management, laid of without given single notification. Don't come here for job if you want job security and professionalism because here HR and managers both have not good experience, people management.

Well i don't like anything about this company i don't prefer referring people over here such a worst management no work ethics no hike is given and even they credit salary very late manager are utterly worst having 9 peoples in this management i donno how they run this infrastructure . No job security such a waste working in this environment

Good work environment, teammates are very friendly supportive and company policies are good and good appraisals we can earn and bonus, salary hike will be every 6mnths for fresher and experience can get hike every one year.

Dislikes

There are some politics in management and there is a bond of 1year before which we can't resign.
