This was my first step of the career and found many hurdles during this tenure. I was a part of the administration team, but to understand the products worked in the warehouse for 6 months and the experience was worth it as a support of great Teammates could grasp the work.

Dislikes

With all efforts got to the position as a admin, but the growth is very slow and as it's CFA for whole Karnataka, every month last week have to work till early morning 2 am to achieve the sales target. Even after all this no recognization and growth.
