Salary delay without prior notice, They didn't give incentives although it is mentioned in the service agreement. Owner has no empathy towards staff. Work culture is toxic .

The company is open to take new initiatives and readily adopts the latest technology innovations. I am glad to be a part of team that markets reliable, high-quality services and has a global client base. It gives an international exposure. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration.

This company is great to work for. There is too much to learn here and while learning, we forget about our personal life and stretches our shift timings.

The experience working in MediGence has been positive with flexible work culture there is nothing to dislike.

The ability to create a peaceful and well-connected working environment. A community of people willing to learn and teach others. Management smooth interaction with every staff far and near.

What I dislike the most is the time difference between our functions and time performance, even though this is beyond management control.

Working here has been a transformative experience for my career. There is a very good scope of learning on the job. Also the ownership of tasks is something which is cultivated from the beginning.
