Salary for designation is good and work balance is manageable for seniors but not for juniors/freshers

Dislikes

They treat GNM and BSC as same in work and respect. Lots of gossips about sincere employees. Unnecessary scolding by Nursing supervisor and nursing superintendent lots of torcher.Lack of skill due to lack of patients. Company culture is very bad due more unqualified staff are working and hiring their. Lack of promotions even if employee is doing good. Their is no flexible shifts for employees.

Likes

...ronment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There's a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 year's before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joiners.

Likes

A peaceful environment and Flexible work timings no stress like targets and very supportive department/management. Feeling very happy for being a Employee of this Institute.

Dislikes

Increments, leaves and no identity for the staff who come in time and do their duty perfectly . But now these things are started changing that's good thing.

Likes

There is nothing much to like about this hospital. Worst organization, worst management. Only money minded management not service minded. Not enough facilities for employees and medical students who pursue medicine here. No facilities for patients also who come here to seek treatment. No timely payment of salaries.

Overall a worst organization. No increment in salaries. No timely payment.
