Salary Negotiation in an interview

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

The company is open to tie up with many health related programs like medical , hospital, gym, spa, doctor, etc. I hate the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, bad-quality products and has a local client base.This company is worst and my suggestion is for any guy don't do the job for this company. I also don't like the employee hire policy here. Company boss is also a drug adict and also taking a drug in front of employee in the office and very arrogant dont have manners how to talk with employees.
