Medical trust is a NABH accredited hospital. So we can practice under certain rules and regulations which help us to know as a nurse what are the duties and how we can acheive those in a safe environment.I had a good team and we support each other.

Can’t use mobile phone. When there is an emergency situation family members can’t contact us in duty time. As for me I applied lots of jobs in outside India so I missed many interview calls

Terrible unprofessional top management being a family run hospital, favoritism , infighting between directors , very poor administration , absolute partiality , lackadaiscal attitude of top management. Doctors are very good and know their job because of which patients come. The MD and directors seldom come to the office , the personnel manager has been here for twenty years and is redundant and lacks professionalism. Incompetent HR department in the hospital . No work ethics at all. Overall the Hospital work environment is pathetic.

The top management and administration , heads of department and the HR lacks planning, vision , and professionalism. Very mediocre .
