Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

...all of us like his own family and take care of each of our genuine requirements. MIP paid me 1 year full Salary, full annual bonus money and other allowances in advance and a interest free loan while I was pregnant and when I was in need to buy our new 3 bhk flat, Job satisfaction is utmost level highest than other competitor companies. While things to to technical expertise and professionalism, I will put MEDICAL INFRA PROJECTS on the top, I am 101% satisfied with my current employer company "MEDICAL INFRA PROJECTS". Thaks Sir for treating all of us like our own father figure
