Job security is very very less, even thy can term you on propagation period, work culture is upto respective leads, management is worst because have joined there and after few mnths I got pregnant, in perks and benefits thy had 3 months of meternity not even consider my request for maternity, not in this case more than 5+ years employees doesn't have they proper growth.. Managers and leads treats the team members with partiality, work balance, skills development, learning about new projects is all good..

I was in MBW for 3 years and 10 months for 2 years and 4 months I was in Demo and charge entry I enjoyed working with my Charge team TL Murali and Manager Suresh they supported me and taught me to grow up I'm really thankful to them. People who are all looking for Charge entry and AR guys go head

I really don't what good in this company.... Poor management and worst decision.... Ex manager Marcia is very cunning and self centred person she will supports people who are nice to her but if someone manages their own business and way like a boss she will find ways to terminate them ...she has a habit of taking screenshots of every employee and corner them.....we shouldn't share what we are going through as a employee.....even if the employee goes through workplace harassment they say we knew nothing and they put fake errors if we ask to take accountability rather than explaining they term us... employees can't even open their mouth and voice out opinion....we are all toys....there is alot of powerplay goes on within the organization.....if we ask for peaceful workplace they term you ....if we raise questions they term you ....if we ask explanation they term .....what they show in social media and stuff everything is totally fake not a safe place for women .....never join this company
