Warning to anyone considering MediBuddy : 1. Top Leaders/ Founding Engineers all left the organization - Huge Red Flag! 2. Selfish Engineering Managers ( EMs ) only care about themselves. They don't allow you to even leave home be it 10 PM also, because they have to be in the good books of the CTO and also would commit unrealistic timelines without even analyzing with team members, hence destroying Work-life Balance. 3. EM doesn't even care about your upskill or your goals, these things are absolutely fake because the goals change every week because the whole company lacks vision. Imagine the pressure when they say - 180 features they want to build in 3 months. EM even ends up giving cold warnings/ threats if you cant deliver according to their expectations and no actions are even taken no matter how burnout you feel. 4. If you take leaves, they end up checking how many leaves you are having. 5. They keep track of your in and out times ( LOGIN daily Punch in and out ). 6. Managers are leading a team and the best part is they have zero knowledge of tech stacks and the code base ( Now we can think of the level of micro-management and also the level of justifications you have to give ). 7. No Work-Life Balance, you have to stretch yourself till 10:30 - 12:00 for your workload and MediBuddy supports you with mattresses for sleeping on floors. 8. Fake Appraisals - The best part is they will tell you amazing stories as if they are giving you 10-15%. hike, but unfortunately, we get to see a 0-2% hike after waiting for 150 Days / 5 months. 9. The HR lead just destroyed the culture of MediBuddy and she gives her justification every now and then with her never-ending boasting stories of Amazon. ( Such a shame ) 10. Code Quality is a Disaster; No Unit test cases; No Documentations; No Refactoring; Cntl + C and Cntl + V; New Feature = New Service = New Repository; 11. Angular JS is their cutting-edge technology. 12. The product team wants their product in less than 3 days and most of the testing ground is our production. Their product is nothing but a chain of versions ( because developers don't even get time to make quality products) 13. Because of Speed, the quality of code is so bad and so out of league that it's a challenge for Freshers, and Freshers must avoid it if they want to be ahead of the game. 14. Managers are robots and have no leadership qualities to guide the juniors. 15. MASS LAYOFFS !! YES, that was Merciless and Brutal. "Medibuddy being into the health care domain doesn't even care about the health of its employees" - IRONY.

Good and timely salary

Dislikes

Everything is micromanaged here. Managers don't want to mentor their subordinates, they just want the work to be completed quickly by any means. They promote working late night and weekends openly. Forget personal life if you would be working in this company. Most funny and irritating part : The CTO makes you work as bad as a slave by telling that you are doing noble work of solving patients problems. I bet this company would be doomed soon and would start firing employees. Current employees try to change your company as soon as possible.

...ating with tie up hospitals. Medi assist TPA is also fraud supporting this all. Ceo of this organisation is worst, if employee didn't work they will cancel the leaves, no proper salary, no hike they only give 2% to top performers. No promotion and internally politics are high.

Oh, working at Medibuddy? Its like winning a lottery. Its an absolute dream !! where the management is flawless, top-notch career guidance....Just kidding. You know.. trust me you can come out of silk board traffic and never out of stress. Its a good healthcare product but work wise its just a unhealthy workplace twist. Seems like founders messages are not getting into heads of managers for some weird reasons.

...not sure. Just ping a random qa or see the employee retention rate(0 out of 10). Checkout few bonus take aways below. 1. Joined with a hope of giving better product delivery and I gave a thought of what were my learnings during my tenure. well !! my brain seems it became more notorious , actions and tone seems more cunning which i noticed and learned from my beloved QA manager and director. Took me a while to shake off the influence and become better again. Its like the same thing in Harry Potter series but here you will Master Dark arts without a Wand. 2. Even when you are doing best they will play UNO with you and always give +4 on asking about the equality and professionalism at work or if you show case unhappiness on things the way which its not working. There is no discussions on career advancements, no managerial support ever. Yeah you got it right !!! they just crumble. 3. Unrealistic expectations leading to more and more stress, impacting the quality of testing. 4. Long term growth : Pass on......its congested and confusing every time over here Dear CTO, CEO, Hr Heads: if you are reading this in case which you usually not care about apart from few good HRs. Its time to rethink. Give them a surprise test.. Lol no need for it. Just listen to the lame replies you get when they ask you about what was the biggest challange you resolved and it would still be so lame to listen. Try to make place better. Any Folks, by the way its true about the appraisals in older reviews what people saying.
