Nothing . There is no job security they can terminate you anytime without prior notice they will block your all access to company . I never seen such a horrible company . They will not give you proper training at the time of joining

There’s nothing to like about this company they will not upgrade the product in platform and except us to reach target each month they will increase the target

No soft skills. Harsh words while talking to employees. Zero work-Life balance. No respect for employees personal interests. Forcing employees to consider office work as priority 1 in Life. 5 days working culture increases the production. Permission must be taken even to eat and drink. Very arrogant, attitude and egoistic communication with employees. Employees Energy will be gone due to harsh way of communication. Too much bossism with employees and degrades or teases in front of other employees.
