The company culture is really what makes this place bearable. People are helpful and have an overall pragmatic approach to problems.

US leadership is clueless when it comes to innovation or disruption. 1/3rd of advertising revenue flows from Mediaocean software, yet they can't increase their revenue. Something is terribly wrong with their strategy.
