Work life balance in my team is good. The pay is not top of the line, but still decent. You get a lot of ownership and responsibilities, hence you keep on learning.

The HR team of the company is not upto the mark. Appraisal process is delayed, perks are delayed and they instead push on some random stuff. Being a smaller company, processes are not streamlined, which leads to chaos sometimes.

this company had no value for the employees over working hours manager says if your wana work here work or sit at home even if it raining heave they make you come to work shuttle is just to show scripted lines to care for the employee considering there had bee a layoffs for cost cut to hike the upper management salary an promotions during the layouts they harrassed the employee so they leave an go there is an eagle eyes on everyone everything things are monitor even your laptop they will get you to document your work an find your replacement to cut cost always managers are discussing how to take over other team on face everyone is good any event diwali or secret santa you manger knows eveything if your valueable to them they will treat you well if not they will ensure you get out they show they care in empathy but just to get out information dont trust the counselling too the company is paying them to get the news paper out noe teammate cares for anyone team have separate groups later sub groups like its an inceptions joins a medium size company where they value you an your work not a pathetic company like this
