The implementation of a somewhat arbitrary 14-point policy is noticeable, selectively enforced based on convenience. The quality of group meetings is subpar. The promotion of negative behavior among colleagues is encouraged, given that performance evaluations hinge not on assessments from superiors, but rather on appraisals from fellow employees, who concurrently serve as competitors.

Job security is really 5 stars because at time of covid Amazon didn't layoff or didn't cut the salary.

They could have improve the benifits of food either by increasing the food card amount or by providing free food.

Leave policies are so great. Employees are entitled to n times of Covid leaves. For eg:- If one is positive 3 times, then they are entitled to 14 days' leave each time they had covid. This is so far the best policy in the entire industry.

Salary is low as compared to other companies, but work-life balance is great.

working in amazon is stress free and as well as it is good in terms of salary. It provides good facilities and comfortable working environment to the employees. There is career growth as well.

Dislikes

There is more politics in amazon as compared to other organization i feel. There is favouritism as well from higher authority. One needs to be part of corporate politics for achieving career growth in shorter time.
