Medi Assist company is a good company. As comparison other customer care service. This company service is so good. Work pressure is manageable. Manager, T. L and office staffs are good. Good culture, maintained rules and regulations. Work environment is good, teammates are good. Training section is the best.

I would like to talk about salary hike.. Hike percentage is not good

It's an good company for freshers ...there is no career growth in claims process .. higher management will look cheaply on cashless process ...so if u r looking for job to enjoy it's an good organization for career growth it's an worst one
