Work environment and culture is very Bad .No proper way for reporting.Company policies are too bad.No salary hike and bonus every year.

...our issues. Job training is not provided to new joiners.career growth is slow. Salary structure is very poor .

Worst Company ever. They take advantage of employee in this Covid period by providing less salary and cutting employee salary.

This organization should be blacklisted because they cut theira employee salary in distinct way. They take full absentee from the board and they are not providing that salary to their employee.

You can learn things here whole year but don't ask for appraisal. Because they have 2 cr turnover but they are not giving any appraisal to you so think about this. Only Lucknow Employees gets benefits of anything from company side. A very big company.

... office but there is no fix timing of exit. 2 You will never get appraisal here. 3 They will never give your salary after the resign. 4 There is no HR Policy. 5 Very lala type company. 6 There are lots of politics. 7 In short avoid joining here.

The only drawback in ES company is that if you have quoted 3000 then they will give you 1500 to 1600 for travelling
