Company policies are too good, They give bonus every year and good job security

Too much politics, Bad management- They doesn't address our issues, Salary growth is very slow, No freedom - HOD Every day monitor employees like as police man/Teacher , No value for Honest people, They considered only diplomatic people, HR people are not working on actual things , Hard work is not a matter there to grow, if you are praising your boss you can get good hike else you don't get , Some times caste, relationship and area also will lead your growth and opportunities, No respect to employees. Managers are using too much bad language to shout on employees, I have faced very bad experience with some production managers and EDP , No support from HOD

Good Job security, They are providing bonus in every year, Company policies are good, Their Vision and Mission is very good. Good MD.

Dislikes

Too much politics, No support from HOD, No professionalism, Old attitude from senior people, Only designations are getting respect , Human shouldn't get that, Too much criticism, No support from HR if you get any problem, Particularly you don't expect respect from production HODs, Their inner feeling is they are the gods for this company. No respect to new ideas.

...ed to associates are good. For beginners it's good company to start your career. Bonus and other things are good only if you are sycophant. No technical knowledge skills will develop in this company.

Dislikes

Micro management. HR on-boarding experience wrost. No support after joining in company, Management tone changed talked rudely no work life balance. Biased management. Experience holder no value if you have expertise in A. Company management will give work in X. Company culture not so good feels like regret. Company only needs labour's.

...t. Top Management is working very hard to take the organization to next level. They paid full salary during lockdown and later reduced the no. of leaves, reduced bonus and increment to 30% of actual amount for that year.

HR is weak. HR policies can be improved.

Work culture is very pleasant and friendly. Overall work policies of the company and the management is mostly works in favor of the employees. Also employees and the work environment suits too good.
