It's culture and freindly atmosphere where people can learn and reach out to anyone to know anything. The culture of respect for each other is nice and lots of trial and error and research goes on which gives new space to make fault and learn side by side.

It doesn't welcome diversity in its true sense and have a tendancy of supporting the people of UP more. I feel it's a Organization when more professional people with more skills and strategic approach is needed.

I had learn many things from this organisation, and i was working thinking about this would be the job where i will stay all throughtout being a permannet employee, but soon found that their vision is blurred for the mission they are working. They have nothing to do with social change they are just doing business. Policies are just framed, they can anytime defame you by saying you are not known with the policies. Though they had made many policies but they are using it against you only. Work culture, they will extract as much as they want from you and people who just work are not worth valuable to them, they just want people who keeps on buttering them and be their puppet. No rights to work independently, bring ideas as the heads are so much into dirty politics that they wont even take care of their language. Females are defaming other female by wrong elegations.

I had worked and learnt alot from trainings and all, but the old employees /your seniors will never make you work . They are not working either but they want other to be their slave, who they can kick off by mentally harassing ,foul and dirty language, false elegations, and even if we complained about anything we got a reply we acknowledge and your resign approved, and thank you for your understanding. Corrupted staff, dirty politics, derail with thier own mission, no values, not a good place to work with.
