Honestly Nothing.. literally, i haven't seen such unpredictable n unprofessional management ever before in my entire experience.. expenses on hold till 6 months.. indirectly they hold your three months salary like advance n they don't even released it even if it's ur FFS

Two significant areas of concern within the company are the appraisal process, which often results in a lack of differentiation between individual performance levels(Despite being recognized as a star employee, I remained in an entry-level position for four years and received the same performance evaluation as my peers) and the difficulty in maintaining a healthy work-life balance.

No work life balance, they will ask to work after home as well, no assurance for extra time payment, not assurance for allowances

Disgraceful attitude of local management, and head office management in Bangalore are depending on local management. HO people from Bangalore are coming to the headquarters on a bluemoon

I have joined MedGenome labs recently. I do find it quite interesting and exciting from applying the concepts from university in real.

I do find it difficult in managing timings and getting adapted to new corporate environment. Do apply when your ready working on saturdays.
