There are too many. Join once :D .Join at your risk, their expiry date to terminate is not fixed. 1) Job security 2) They don't know what to do with their products. 3) They don't know what to do with medcell specifically, funny though. 4) They shift workplace every 6 months. I know you will be surprise, you will be notified 4-5 days before shifting. :D 5) Management brain is for decoration not for development.

Easy work and great work life balance

The Marketing Manager is rude af and thinks pressuring and saying all negative things regarding work results (even if things are going smooth and good) is going to spur employees to work harder better faster. Worst part is he himself gives tasks at the last moment (end of the day, especially to the graphic designer who lives 2.5 hrs away) and shouts at him to complete the work on priority. After I left the company, he started praising my work (absolute a**h****)
