favouritism. which is not at all acceptable. the manager should treat each and every staff equally. this is not a place for you to support your most favourite person. you can show those kind of affections outside the company.

Very very bad hospital and its managment.

No career growth and no salery increment my experience was 6 month working as a staff nurse. hospital managment very bedly behave with staff and no any time for giving salery to staff.

The company is flexible to work and the teammates are very helpful to do the work. They adopt latest technology and giving good training on that.They will give the inspiration. Transportation ,accommodation everything are good . The colleagues are making us cheers so that working time will go smoothly.

They are taking time to make the decision and some times will get high work pressure

Transportation facilities are very good.and no other benefits to staff.even if you are working very nicely.but if you are not belonging from his people community like malyali or Philippine they will make big issue of even a small issue.there is mainly two communities people are the they only wants to there own people. Even the administration is also not good.And they are exploit the staff.i get extrange there this is a Muslim country along with Muslim owner of this hospital but if you ask about Eid ur adha or Friday prayer they will told that's your problem I will not ajdest any duty.aither all coligoues are non Muslim but inside of department they will not adjust.thats way I leave the job.personaly I donnt like job environment.just manipulate the new and other community person.at the time of leave to job I already mentioned in my performance sheet.they kerala and Philippines are exploiting the other people please help them.

Exploitation of staff other then malyali and phillipine. They are criminal they create the situation to make the issue...to kick out the person.
