Salary Negotiation in an interview

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

The work culture here is pathetic as only the bosses are the decision-makers, and there are no contributions taken from juniors. There is no standard appraisal system and promotion and salary hikes are ad-hoc based on how the employees are liked by the owner. The objective here is to squeeze the employees to the maximum, pushing them to work on holidays and after office hours. It was a shock to work under such a work culture, which has been outdated since the 1980's
