Poor work culture,manager are treating there staff like daily wages workes,admission team manager behavior with some staff are very rude.if want to join medanta never join admission team.some managers behavior are just like state bank of India staff

Im happy with the work culture at medanta the medicity hospital, gurgaon location. Managers and supervisors are real supportive, salary might be low initially which is again designation specific,but will surely increase after employee appraisal.

No employee joins a company only to resign after six months or a year. They resign because of: 1- Toxic work environment 2- Overstretched work pressure 3- Nepotism and office politics No one likes to change jobs frequently; it is the environment that forces them to do so. They are best hospital in the market under one roof you will get all the possible treatment.

They don’t give any appraisal even if you are working hard. They only pay too much money to their higher designated staff those who doesn’t fit to their values.

Dislikes

Deaf-Dumb-blind administration, inertia in initiating new changes. They never give you feeling that your job is secure despite working with their standards. Not good for long term opportunities .
