...hing called apprisal at Medanta , they give only 500 or 1000bucks as appraisals. Travel allowance once a year tht is your basic salary ,, politics is too too much esp Nursing dept and HR dept may be bcs they are big in Num and have less work.Unusual work pressure is created by department heads as they have to show off to the CEO that they are “doing something “ . And that is the reason you lost the light at your personal life!!!

Hiring of uneducated staff and placing them at equal to senior staff . Slow promotion and slow growth , no innovation jst doing time pass .

Medanta just has a brand name. The best doctors have already left and even the average ones are leaving. They do not encourage good doctors and of only try to push through a battery of investigations

Horrible work culture with residents being mistreated. Sub standard nurses are hired as cost cutting measures leading to liability prone point of care treatment

No employee joins a company only to resign after six months or a year. They resign because of: 1- Toxic work environment 2- Overstretched work pressure 3- Nepotism and office politics No one likes to change jobs frequently; it is the environment that forces them to do so. They don’t give any appraisal even if you are working hard. They only pay too much money to their higher designated staff those who doesn’t fit to their values.

Deaf-Dumb-blind administration, inertia in initiating new changes. They never give you feeling that your job is secure despite working with their standards. Not good for long term opportunities .
