Medanta does provide you a job security , the work culture is quite good too. But there is no professional growth for junior doctors, junior doctors are never praised for their efforts, and salary is quite low even when working in the covid wards.

They resign because of: 1- Toxic work environment 2- Overstretched work pressure 3- Nepotism and office politics No one likes to change jobs frequently; it is the environment that forces them to do so. They don’t give any appraisal even if you are working hard. They only pay too much money to their higher designated staff those who doesn’t fit to their values.

Deaf-Dumb-blind administration, inertia in initiating new changes. They never give you feeling that your job is secure despite working with their standards. Not good for long term opportunities .
