Poor work culture,manager are treating there staff like daily wages workes,admission team manager behavior with some staff are very rude.if want to join medanta never join admission team.some managers behavior are just like state bank of India staff

Very good environment very good service some staff is very supportive. Hospital provides very good services to all staff. Their medical and all the things. I m satisfied with all services

Salary is very low only higher level staff is happy but lower and middle staff is suffering from this situation They deserve good salary but they didn't get. I am very sad of this

Im happy with the work culture at medanta the medicity hospital, gurgaon location. Managers and supervisors are real supportive, salary might be low initially which is again designation specific,but will surely increase after employee appraisal.

Job security, timely salary, leave benefits, great doctors as a boss so lots of learning, 9 to 5.30 job timing... fair n transparent management... everything about medanta is just awesome...

Sometimes it's hectic if you are directly into patient's dealing.

It is all about learning and progressing throughout , the rich training sessions and learning programs for employees make medanta a good employer.

The salary was extremly low for staff nurses. Althpugh now they have managed to changed the salary for all new employees. Thats good !
