... Not ready to accept the resignation & don't have the knowledge for retaining 7. Still I am struggling to get my last two months salary. 8. Poor work environment 9. Every day I have to tell different excuses to leave the company. Even you finished the job 10. Employees can leave after 11:30 PM everyday. I lose my friends & relatives.

Worst company ask anyone who have ever worked there, Ask them about salary date ask them about FnF status, ask them about silly policies , Even ask customers about their customer experience, yep that much worst. if you are going to join this company - A word of advice "Don't"

Freedom to work in any area, few HODs are too supportive.

Dislikes

...ing at the top they do not have the basic knowledge and leadership qualities. They are doing always wrong with their employees like, forcefully resignation, salary committed and actual salary are totally different. They are mentioned in the offer letter about the variable salary which is almost 25% of the CTC but when you will ask about it to HR she says that "as per the company norms it is not applicable".

job security and all branches of Medall cost cutting all seniors employee is go-to joining another placess present also very bad situation in medall all centers loss to Running last 2 years and no increments of Last 2 years and some more places Branches of also closed its no business

Inside the lab some higher authorities are helpfull Salary is on time

Dislikes

No job security if they're intended to fire you they will fire After resignation they won't give the relieving letter, experience letter and your pending payments ESI PF HR team is terrible even a 10th grade student can work good HR team won't support and reply your calls mails messages. No growth here. Higher authorities will come and ask some problems for name sake but they won't resolve All of their workers are working hard with less pay.
