1. salary deductions just to satisfy their ego 2. Weird policy of salary cuts 3. bond sign on stamp paper 4. always try to deduct your salary 5. they divide salary into two parts, 60% and 40% (fixed and bonus) 6. give threat of legal proceedings, never give fnf amount

No Provident Fund (PF) Benefits: Despite being a professional organization, the company did not provide PF benefits, impacting employee financial security. 3. Mandatory Bond Signing: New employees were required to sign a bond, restricting their freedom to switch jobs or leave without potential penalties. 4. Split Salary Payments: Salary was issued in two parts, which made it difficult for employees to manage their finances effectively. 5. Security Deposit Requirement: The company withheld one month’s salary as a “security deposit,” making it challenging for employees to leave without losing money. 6. Unprofessional Management: The company’s CMD, Mr. Praveen Narula, and Director, Mr. Harshil Narula, demonstrated arrogance, considering themselves above God 7. lala dukan type. 1. absolutely unprofessional 2. no job security 3. holds salary 4. salary in two parts (60% on the name of salary and 40% on the name of bonus which you can never justify) 5. never gives Full & Final settlements 6. employees keeps joining and resigning

There is no short cut except Hard work to achieve success. But if you do the same Management understand the same and you will get the benefits for the same. There are a lot of improvement required but overall i find its good in comparison of other companies of the same nature. i find the top management is GOD fearing people.

Dislikes

They should need to release the salary to the people who quit on the same day and stop the doing cases against them, without reason.
