Dislikes

Very worst experience in mecon contractual employee,no promotion ,no salary growth,and regular employee treat as a just like his servant. i have other job offer so i here worked.

A very good consultancy based company mainly involved in new establishment of steel companies and extension of steel pants like SAIL. I was the part of water retaining structure design team and field execution team. You can learn and improve yourself here. Day to day routine is very balanced.

Sab zero hai mecon me...single line sentence me kaho to.

Dislikes

No increment in 2.5 yrs ,start and end with the same salary, boss type culture, sirf suno bolo mat...no timing for work, even Sunday is not off... Mental harassment so much. Jab security zero.
