There is a lot of politics and the mamagment dose not address our issues, on the job training is not given to new joinees

... in understanding this job it took me hardly 3 months to get settled to my work.,but the salary and upraisal was satirising,working environment is good but there is no proper security for the women

None of my teamate have supported me in learning everyone tries to pull my legs their intension is to rectify my mistake I never least bordered about their wording and I have corrected my mistakes and I am not letting them to repeat it again.
