1. They don't know how to retain employees, specially sales team. They have flaws in their operations but they deduct sales team salaries. 2. Company is not at all good for sales team, if you are joining this organisation... God bless you and your journey. 3. You simply cannot argue with the owner of the company or else if you hurt his ego he will simply take impulse decisions. 4 sales person left the organisation in 4 months... You can understand the situation.

If you are arguing with management they'll stop your salary, your paper work and they dont have enough cash to run a organisation so stopping employees salary is their hobby and part of HR's KRA.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

too much micro management, you have to give an update every 5 mins, no hierarchy, salary depends upon the sales target, you may loose job any moment, no respect for employees, no recognition, my reporting manager was not even a part of the company...he is an employee of some other company..overall do not fall into this...it's a trap they lure by bluffing people

1) Management is open to the idea that you bring and open for discussion. 2) Liked the Workplace as we have moved to a new Office. 3) Experienced Team Members .

1) Same policies should be applicable for all the employee 2) All Saturdays should be off 3) There is no flexible working hours.
