...nalism in this company.They treat doctors like servants.They don't give respect.They just do not intend to pay you your full salary.They search for new reasons every month to deduct your salary.That is why nobody stays in this company for long.Hence they have vacancy all the year..

All time vacancy available in this company as many employees keep on resigning.

Dislikes

Overwork load. Less pay. No time limit of work. You get calls even after leaving the office. Overstress affects physical and mental health. No praise for good work. Bad politics done by seniors due to insecurity from juniors. There is no place for growth. Training methods are also poor.

i didn’t like the work culture in MDI especially for mbbs doctors.

they were always deducting my salary for no reasons, my travel allowance was never paid to me along with all the allowances. inhad a bad experience in that corporate sectore

The work culture is pathetic. Employee consideration is not at all a concern. How to get more work done in less compensation is what they are more concerned about. Employees are not appreciated for their good work. Promotions to higher posts are just on-paper words with no adequate appraisals. You are supposed to work on weekends and holidays which is another worse thing. Favourism is a driving factor for appraisals instead of caliber and capabilities.Employee benefits is something which does not exist for them. Cooperation, employee satisfaction, good work environment, appraisals, career growth, etc none of these exist either.
