I am not stress for working time so first likes MD India company. Then peoples are respect to me and more hope also to me. I likes more for this company.

salary is a uncomfortable because you know our country all products cost also very high. Please increased our coordinator salary.This not only my problem all insurance coordinaor problems.

This workplace is not meant for the person who is bread earner for the family as the pay is chiller pay which is not meant to satisfy One's daily needs.

The managers are worse than animals especially at Bangalore PIMS Team. They are uncivilised, donkeys. Don't know who has appointed them as Managers. PIMS team managers at Bangalore Branch are of stone hearted idiots. That's why the team members have resigned including myself.

Yeah. MDindia has been so good for me especially in the days of pandemic, i get my computer skill develop fast in MDIndia, work culture is not bad.

...ent i had some issue with managers and management, even the fault was not mines. yes i had some bitter experience some days with management, salary package is low .. but for fresher its ok.. overall i had my skills developed and gained confidence to work anywhere.

In this company Teammates are very supportive, training is good. specially for ladies this company is the best because for ladies there is many opportunities and also growth and rules and regulations for ladies safety is too good ..

Compensation is decent, but growth is very slow. Sometime work pressure is very high and actually they change their work rule very fastly and we are not able to implement that rule quickly so it's my bad experience

Salary structure, appraisal system, and increment policies do not adequately recognize or value the contributions of remote employees, especially in comparison to employees in metropolitan areas.
