Perks are good. Work life balance is OK. office is located in a peaceful area.

Dislikes

Felt like going back to school. Management treats you like a school kid. They dont have Vision or mission of the product we work on. especially in IOT devision. Software engineers are being targeted for the product's poor sales. No job security. They wont treat you ethically even on termination. nothing to learn here. might be a good company for mechanical folks. But worst for software guys. Think twice before joining.

nothing specific.politics and you are watched by the group aligned to the local management ,to frustrate and leave.Lack of professionalism.HR and welfare policy,zero,though they claim as MNC.
